Introducing Recovery Rites
Your struggle with eating disorder recovery isn’t a willpower problem. I bet that you are already working really hard.
Maybe you are working so hard that it doesn’t feel sustainable. Meanwhile, there are other things you care about that you’d like to spend time on. There are values you’ve identified that you care about. There are hopes and dreams that have been put on hold.
But here’s the thing. You are here and your life is happening now.
It’s time to begin the life you’re recovering FOR.
A 10-week, embodiment-based, coaching program inviting you to engage deeply with your innate right to healing from your eating disorder.
You’ve been working on this for a long time, you’ve come a long way, and you’ve learned a lot.
But good grief… Will this ever get easier?
In Recovery Rites, you will connect with your RIGHT to eating disorder recovery. When you finish the program, you will feel more connected to the desires that you have for your life, and you will experience more confidence and ease in your recovery. You will have created a personal recovery guide that puts you deeply in touch with how you are going to recover.
And all of this will help you deepen your connection to recovery.
I am an eating disorder specialist, and I’ve been working with individuals pursuing eating disorder recovery for over 10 years. More than anything, what makes me most qualified to walk this path with you is that I’ve been recovered from my own eating disorder for over 15 years, and I’ve spent the last decade figuring out exactly how I did it. I am an embodiment-focused Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with clinical therapy experience, and I’ve worked with individuals and families struggling with eating disorders and body image distress, at all levels of care. My personal experience with eating disorder recovery has helped me to connect with myself and expand into the world more than I ever dreamed possible, and I am passionate about helping others live the life they want through the recovery process.
