Introducing Recovery Rites

It’s time to begin the life you’re recovering for.

You are ready for recovery, but there are missing pieces.

Your struggle with eating disorder recovery isn’t a willpower problem. I bet that you are already working really hard.

Maybe you are working so hard that it doesn’t feel sustainable. Meanwhile, there are other things you care about that you’d like to spend time on. There are values you’ve identified that you care about. There are hopes and dreams that have been put on hold.

But here’s the thing. You are here and your life is happening now.

It’s time to begin the life you’re recovering FOR.

Introducing Recovery Rites

A 10-week, embodiment-based, coaching program inviting you to engage deeply with your innate right to healing from your eating disorder.

You’ve been working on this for a long time, you’ve come a long way, and you’ve learned a lot.

  • You know about its function.
  • You’ve learned a lot about specific skills you can use to eat your food.
  • You’ve got strategies to avoid ED food behaviors.
  • You can combat the often torturous body image days.

But good grief… Will this ever get easier?

Here’s what you’re dealing with
  • You’re tired of muscling through ED recovery
  • You feel disconnected from your relationships and the world.
  • You may have the skills to complete meals, but your decisions are not driven by an innate sense of your intuition, and you find that this applies to food AND a lot of other aspects of life.
  • You feel like your body image is supposed to be shifting by now, but it’s not, and you don’t feel any closer to being in connection with your body.
  • You’d like to have some fun. How does one EVEN do that?

In Recovery Rites, you will connect with your RIGHT to eating disorder recovery. When you finish the program, you will feel more connected to the desires that you have for your life, and you will experience more confidence and ease in your recovery. You will have created a personal recovery guide that puts you deeply in touch with how you are going to recover.

Program Goals
  • You will experience greater ease in your connection to your body.
  • You will show up for yourself with confidence and compassion.
  • You’ll feel less focused on the image of your body and more invested in living your very best life in the body that you have right here, right now.
  • You will have a sense of how to confidently pursue relationships and intimacy.
  • You will feel more grounded, make decisions from a grounded place, and have a map to get yourself grounded.
  • You’ll be having more fun.

And all of this will help you deepen your connection to recovery.

I’m Christine (she/her).

Christine NorthrupI am an eating disorder specialist, and I’ve been working with individuals pursuing eating disorder recovery for over 10 years. More than anything, what makes me most qualified to walk this path with you is that I’ve been recovered from my own eating disorder for over 15 years, and I’ve spent the last decade figuring out exactly how I did it. I am an embodiment-focused Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with clinical therapy experience, and I’ve worked with individuals and families struggling with eating disorders and body image distress, at all levels of care. My personal experience with eating disorder recovery has helped me to connect with myself and expand into the world more than I ever dreamed possible, and I am passionate about helping others live the life they want through the recovery process.
